57Fear Naught Training: Building a fearless mindset
57Fear Naught Training aims to provide you with a fearless mindset. Whether you are undertaking selection or training within the military or emergency services, are training for endurance events or simply looking to take on a challenge within your personal training, 57Fear Naught can help you achieve your goals.
All training works from our hub at 57North in Inverness. The days you attend and type of training will depend on individual requirements and will be arranged by the training staff. We can also provide remote training programmes.
Training will include:
- Initial consultation and fitness testing
- Hill walking
- Load carrying
- Strength and conditioning
- Bodyweight exercises
If candidates wish, a basic understanding of map reading and navigation can be included in their training.
Training will be designed to push candidates’ limits and ultimately test. We will build resilience, focus, positive mindset and will add a seriousness to training.
All training will be delivered from staff who have experience in this field.
