Classes at CrossFit 57North are programmed by Warrior Programming. Having worked with CrossFit boxes around the world, 57North is delighted to offer its members sessions programmed by coaches with years of experience. No matter what your experience or ability level, Warrior Programming is suitable for all, with scaling options always available.
Each 57North class will include a warm-up followed by either a strength or skill focus and a workout or an endurance workout. By covering strength, gymnastics and endurance, you’ll receive a training programme that will help you progress and learn new skills.
New for 2018, our 57North Lite classes are aimed at beginners or anyone wishing to learn more about weightlifting, gymnastics or CrossFit in general. All classes spend 20-40 minutes on a chosen skill and finish with a Lite Workout. 57North Lite classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am and 7:30pm, with booking essential. No experience is required as everything is taught from scratch – check out the CrossFit 57North Facebook page for details on the upcoming Lite classes.
Open Gym is a session where members can complete the day’s strength or fitness class, catch up on a session from during the week or work on anything else. Although Open Gym is not led by a coach, there will always be one present who can help with anything you need.

Payment and booking
To book into any of our classes you have to register an account for Team-up. This is simple and can be found under our “Book Online” page. There you will see a calendar detailing all our class times. Once an account has been set up you can click on a class time and book. Pay as you go sessions should be booked by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or Facebook message only. Paypal or Go-Cardless is a simple and easy way to pay.
We offer a 10% discount to students, couples, sports/team affiliated individuals, and all serving or ex serving members of the emergency services and armed forces. This discount only applies to the CrossFit class membership.
