Eilidh Marshall

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Eilidh first started CrossFit during a stint living in Rome, Italy, and she was hooked straight away. She continued training at 57North upon her return to Inverness before her travels again took her to Australia, where the local CrossFit box was her first port of call.

Back in Scotland, Eilidh completed her Level 1 CrossFit Trainer course in 2019 and can regularly be found training with the 6am crew or coaching when not at her day job, where she runs a PR agency. Her favourite part of coaching CrossFit is seeing athletes progress and increase in condence – especially when a movement they’ve been struggling with suddenly ‘clicks’.

Eilidh’s first sport was archery, which she also coached for a while, and now enjoys supplementing her CrossFit training with additional weightlifting and has competed in both Powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting competitions.

Eilidh’s favourite movements include pistols, deadlift and front squat. She also loves long chipper-style workouts and team workouts. If there’s a team competition to sign-up for, Eilidh will probably be there!
