Getting Started

If you are new to CrossFit we ask that you complete a Fundamentals course before signing up to any membership.

This course covers in more detail what CrossFit is, the methodology we use and the foundational movements. The courses are two 2 hour sessions and are available at various times throughout the year.

You can add your name to our list if you wish to be updated on when these courses are running.  A one to one alternative can be arranged so please get in touch.

Free taster sessions are available for anyone wishing to try it out.
