CrossFit classes – All classes are coach led in a small group setting. Normally this will consist of a warm up, progressions and skill work plus the WoD (workout of the day). Guidance on scaling options will be given by the coach.
Just like the CrossFit class in the gym these are fully coach led but held over the Zoom platform. The coach will give guidance on scaling and limited or no equipment options.
