Program Description
CrossFit classes for kids are a great way for young people to get involved in physical fitness and learn about healthy habits. These

Kids CrossFit classes may include exercises such as bodyweight movements, gymnastics, and light weightlifting, as well as games and

Our CrossFit Kids coaches are a minimum of a CrossFit Level 1 and hold a CrossFit Kids and Teens Certificate. Our coaches are experienced in working with young children and prioritise safety, encouragement, and inclusion in every class
